Oky Doky well its been fitted and I've done around 350klm's with it on. I'll start with a bit of a review of the system.

The blower, intercooler, and fittings are all 1st class, I was worried about the final finish of the polished alloy as the rest of the bike is chrome, but after it arrived and we unpacked it, I was happy with how it came.

I dropped the bike off on a Wednesday night and picked it up Friday night, all of the fitting went well except for two silicon hoses that had not been packed in the box that go from the blower to the intercooler, so the guys had to inprovise with some rubber pipe from the purple pig until the correct parts arrive (they are the blue once in the photo), apart from that all went well.

Once fitted it went onto the Dyno and when it came off it averaged 115hp/105TQ,  now this is a little low to what the pamphlet says but I spoke with Procharger last Monday and whilst I was on the phone they got me to check a few things and we found the belt that comes from the primary to the blower had streatched,  all pretty standard stuff  for a new installation apparently they seem to think that with the tension on the belt it would have been slipping and only making around 8psi and not the 10 that it should, which makes sense to what the guys in the shop said as well about readjusting it and re dynoing it in a few hundred Klm's, so I'm now happier with the current results.

After picking it up and riding it home in traffic, it felt stronger than it was, and the blow of valve was different to hear, but I was thinking nothing a good cam and head work would not have done, and just plodding around at 60-80klmhr it did not feel much different at all, except stonger (I presume due to the extra HP).

I waited for a bit for the traffic to die down and went around to a friends place, and again travelling at road leagal speeds for that area 60-70klmhr  it felt no different to how it was except for the whislte of the blower, which is quiet for those speeds.

I stopped at a set of lights and ended up being on pole position, when the light went green I was the only one there so I accelorated in first to around 3000--3500rpm and thought f@#k it lets see what it does, so when I changed to second I cracked it open to WOT and fuck me the front end came off the ground and before I had time to blink it was on the limiter I changed to third looked at the speedo said holy shit and chopped the throttle and changed up to 5th. Now this is what I imagined it would be like.

On Monday just gone I went for a 300klm ride from Melbourne to Daylesford through some nice hills with sweeping bends. I did the same ride a month ago as well so it was good to do a back to back ride, the difference on the open road is awesome, no power dips anywhere, when comimg up hills and around corners it just powers through.

Overtaking  causes face pain due to smiling, and I have had to go back to my ugly fish sunglasses with the foam at the back, because the acceleration (when overtaking etc) with my normal one's that never ever gave me any trouble now cause my eyes to water.

Its booked in for the proper air tubes at the end of next week if they arrive in time and then the belt will be retentioned and put back on the dyno, so we will see how it goes. the problem is now I'm starting to think a small cam might be nice, but well see.

    Hi Guys

I just thought I would update the story since it's beem a couple of thousand Klm's since the blower was fitted.

Since it was first fitted I put a small set of S&S cams in to broaden the tq range and add a bit more, because I thought it should be up around the 110-115ftlb not where is was.

I've had that done about 1500klm's ago and had it half tuned to run the new cams in and the guys didn't want to do a full power run until it had done a few klm's.

Well I'm an impatient sort of guy and was doing alot of research on tuners, and I was put onto Anthony from Maztech, he has a workshop in Thornbury Melbourne.

After talking to him for about half an hour I knew where it had to go to be tuned as I have never spoken to anyone who knows there way around EFI,  ECU's and tuning, as well.

Well I took the bike over to him and then his headache began, after 3 days research including  calls to some serious bike builders in the US some additional parts ordered and some of the supplier parts from Procharger removed, the tune began and I got the bike back this morning.

The ride around at road speeds it's like a normal harley with small cams, but once you crack it open faaarken hang on

To say I am happy is an understatement,  infact blow away (pardon the pun) would be closer to the mark.

I cannot recommend Anthony enough for his abilty on a dyno or customer service.

142HP/127FtLB, 10lb Procharger, S&S cams and everything else stock 96CU when you see what looks like a spike in the graph just over mid way on the HP/TQ run it is not a flat spot it is wheel spin on the dyno, the graph says 132ftlb of tq but that is when the wheel broke traction it averages around the 127 mark.

     Hey AJ

No the crank is stock, how long it will be that way we'll have to see, there seems to be lots of different opinions from anyone you ask, much like cam choice, but if and when I have issues with it I'll fix it then.

Just like when the blower first went on the standard clutch started to slip, but since adjusting it and now with the new tune it hasn't really been an issue, although I have ordered a Barnett scorpion clutch to replace it with, when it's starts slipping again.

Thanks for that Mark, I think I like your bike as much as you do mate and I hope it continues to
Surprise and impress you as it did me! Once we are sure the bottom end is happy with the power it
Now has, I am confident it is capable of 150rwhp as it is still conservative on the tune up!
    Enjoy the bike!!
    Regards- Ant
