Roadking was getting super hot just fitted oil gauge I've got 30 psi at idle as I thought the oil pump may have died but still getting super hot run for less than 1 min and exhaust is super hot I'm thinking it a turning problem ? Any help

Hard to tell from such a short description but yes sounds as though its running a touch lean. What sort of mods to motor or intake/ exhaust?

Sounds like it could be a lean running engine to me.  Is the engine oil full and the right grade?  If you haven't done any recent mods I would be looking for an intake manifold leak or getting a decent Harley mechanic to check the tune as the timing might be out.

Yes 30 at cold ran for 1min and engine pipes very hot to touch so was thinking more a tuning problem

Bit strange that it has suddenly started to get hot with no mods done to indicate a lean mixture. Does it have a s/e tuner or power commander running the ecu?

Am assuming you have rechecked the oil level a couple of times. If you have not done any other work on the bike then replace the oil filter ( not unknown for them to be partially 'blocked' from new, or some cellophane packaging to drop into them ) again.
Also try spraying some water around the intake and listen to the engine revs and watch the exhaust. Any sudden black soot/smoke or increase of revs means you have an air leak in that area. Also check the O2 and air mass sensor plugs, it is not unknow for people to accidently partially unplug them when handling their bikes.
Do you have any error codes coming up?

when ya changed oil did ya let it run for min or two so all old oil came outta the fliter housing .
when i change i leave filter off put my oil tray i made under where filter goes then fill oil tank an start let run till old oil outt an ya see new oil then turn off spin filter on to houseing this also eliminates any air locks that can happen too worth a look to see if oil is returnin to tank .if all good get it looked at asap an dont ride it ya may have already have something fucked if its noisy

ok take off ya oil filter put some form of protection down so ya not get oil everywhere start engine let run for 30seconds if oil pumps outta pump ya pump ok an may have air lock once oil pumps out the filter housing put filter back on an start again then check to see if gettin back to tank .if not ya got blockage between filter an tank or oil should be returnin into tank should see it bubblein in tank threw dipstick hole
