Yeah I just bought the heavy shockproof oil for the Tranny, and now they are making a dedicated V-Twin tranny oil. I wonder if it's pink as well ??

Didn't think of that, but I'm not using Redline in the primary I'm sticking with Mobil 1 v-twin in the engine and primary.

Better you than me useing synthetic engine oil in the primary,can hear the clutch screaming for mercy from here Especially if it is given a hard time.

Well I have had Amsoil in it for the last 4000km and although I don't do burnouts everywhere I don't ride soft either and haven't had any problems yet. When you say you have seen problems with syn oil in the primary, is this in recent times ?? I read a fair bit of what Mobil suggests and doesn't suggest and although they are a multi million dollar oil company they were not trying to convince everyone to use their products for everything.

Now come on RT some of us enjoy babbling on and getting no where. Actually I only started this thread to point out the V twin redline oil.

Cmon now....they will all patch things up....
