Hi Guys
I put a set of 6" pull back risers on my fattie on the weekend, previously I had the western bars with 4" straight and 4" pullback risers but my lower back ached after about 200klms, hopefully these will fix the problem as the seating position feels more comfortable now without stretching forward as much.
If they work out I'lll have both the 4" sets for sale.
Did you have to replace cables for the 6 inch risers
Cheers Les
Cheers guys I think I'll get a set of 6 inches
Les
hey henry are they buffalo risers
Lookin' good, Henry. Please let me know when you're ready to sell your 4 inch risers....
Henry, not sure yet - have you got pics of both fitted to the bike?
looks good henry, let us know if it helps the back ache! (((-:
I put the 4" pullback risers on my 2011 Fat Boy lo as the standard bars are crappy & My hands got pins & Needles after 1/2hr of riding, anyhow the 4'' deffinitely made a difference but I still needed more so I tried the 6" pullbacks & all of the cables were long enough apart from the brakeline which was a bit tight & decided to snap at the bottom bango.
Seeing as HH in adelaide couldnt get me a longer brakeline due to not being able to get the lower part for the ABS Im now getting my broken line fixed & lengthed 6" (I hope I still havnt heard back from them yet) & then will have to ride the bike 400km just to get the fuckin ABS reset.
Hopefully the 6" will do or next step will be street slammers.
Thanks
put 4 inch pull backs on yesterday no dramas really just going to put the throttle cables on the other side of the brake line.
The bars are in a much better position now especially for hwy cruising
