Hi everyone,

Could not find anything in the search function. Mate has a 1999 Dyna WG that he wants to put some aftermarket rims on. What is the biggest rims he can put on without doing any modifications to the bike. Will stick with a 21 inch on the front, most likely keep a 16 inch on the back, but go wider then stock 130.

Not sure but I would be surprised if you could get much bigger than a 4.25 in wide rim on the back (std is 3 in wide) without mods.

As for tyres you will get a 150 on the std rim and maybe even a 160 ?? If he went to a 4.25 in he will be able to get a 180 on.

On my 98 FLHT I changed my rear std 16 x 3 in for a Duece 17 x 4.25 in and it just fits in. Looks good with a 180 on it.
