As a result of discussions with some Perth members I am putting together a ride for the 24 August 2008. All invited!!!!!!!!

Start point for the ride will be the Caltex/Woollies servo Midvale.
The ride will be leaving at 9am so be their with a full tank of fuel.
In the carpark of Caltex petrol station on Great Eastern Highway, about 200 meters East of the Roe Highway.
I will be twiddleing my thumbs in sunny Mackay listening to all the hawgs on the road maybe next time
Will havta pass on that one PIBOB, probably will need the rest after the exciting York rose smelling run
And as daz stated he will be swilling booze at my joint, I'm gonna enjoy his pain!!!!

I am thinking about going up trough the Chittering Valley, Bindoon and then to Toojay for a coffee then may be head some where south from there. Or maybe north mmmmmmmm decissions, decissions
yep keep an eye out for updates, might find some time to get out on Sunday.
Update to ride Sunday 24 Aug '08
Start time and place as originaly planned; that is 9 am at the Midvale Woollies servo see post 2 for maps.
The ride will be aprox 420 kms and will pass through the towns of Bullsbrook, Bindoon (80km), Toodyay (132km), Northam (160km), York (194km), Beverly (, Brookton 260km), Pingerly (280km), and North Bannister (354km). It is planned that the ride will end at the pub on the corner of Albany Hwy and the South west Hwy (420km).
Please don't ask me what time we will be in a particular place, work it out for ya self.
Any other questions are welcome.
I will check this forum regularly between now and 11pm Sat night toanswer questions etc, after that see me Sunday morning.

Would love to go with you guys but unfortunately have day shift. Work sucks, particulary at weekends.
Have Monday off and will definitely go for a ride somewhere.
Only 2 bikes on the ride today. Myself and Rocket with is good lady on the RoadKing, was a good day out riding with good company.
