I done that by removing the lower clamp bolts and fitting Allen head bolts with a thread cut on the outside of the Allen head bolt. I fitted the new bolts and torqued to spec and then screwed the blinker onto the head of the Allen bolt. I used stainless steel bolts But I had to get a engineer to cut the threads with a lathe.

Hey HogBag, thanks for that info. I was just gonna use the existing bolts that are there. So, can I un-bolt them without the forks moving?

Take one bolt out and match for a couple Allen heads bolts. Torque it back one the bike so you ride while you find a two front blinkers from a dyna or softail. Paint or powder coat them black and then get the Allen heads tapped to suit the blinkers. Do one side at a time when bolting the to the triple tree.

The dyna or softail blinkers are very short so the blinker mounts very closethe the fork leg tree. I done this to both of my last harleys with no problems.
