am thinking of putting passenger pegs on the 48

any one done this ?

pros and cons ?

easy to do jase, i has a set one mine for awhile. The only downside is the pegs that they come with look like ass..

I use mine on the highway when its windy sometimes

I use mine a lot. But then again I have a broomstick bar.
It is comfy though!

Im thinking they must stick out ridiculously far to avoid the pipes

I have my rear pegs down all the time,great for cruising, for different seat position,or to give fallen riders a lift,

Easy as piss to put on , takes about 10 minutes , pegs look ordinary , buy some after market one that suit the 48 .
The stock ones that come with the kit dont stick out too much but are butt ugly

you cant see a fricken thing in your mirrors with a pillion! and the right hand side is a prick to put on if you have short shots

ended up getting 1 inch extensions from DK and the pegs now clear the pipes

the right hand side is a pain in the ass
