Looking at getting some T bars . Went to the dealers and got quoted $2000 for street slammer bars , cable extensions , braided lines and the thing that got me the most was the  6 Hours Labour ...which seems just a trifle excessive. Not sure what riser to go for yet  and to be honest am quite pleased with the position of the standard bars on the superglide custom but am seeking internal wiring. Anyone got advise on this?

Hmmm I thought T-Bars have the risers built in. Do you mean the length of the riser on the bars?

Yes you are right I meant the length of the riser on the t bar not..."risers"

Had street slammers, braided lines & new chrome riser bushes fitted to my 2009 Softail custom Oct 2010.
Bars $310, Braided lines & bushes $510, Fitting $350 at M&W Brisbane Total $1170.
Wiring didn't need extending as previously had mini apes fitted.
Price for parts should be cheaper now.

Was considering the burleigh bars but thought they a bit pricey but hey I spose you only get what you pay for

Really can't see $750 in 4ft of chromed 1 3/4" steel tube....somebodys making a big profit.
I've been to the Burleigh Bar factory down the Gold Coast & it ain't nothing flash, a few guys cutting steel tube & welding it up for the chromers.
Even $328 for the HD bars that are probably done in Mexico or somewhere is a bit rich.

Have a look at Chubby T Bars. Perfect welds, no where near the price as the Burleighs.
