The only issue with that other than I paid $300 and they should work, and they are genuine Harley so again should work is that the rely and the trip, is with fuel injection you loose the safe net of a drop of for reserve. so could run dry. so a bit pissed to be fair, anyway I called good old peter stevens (which once they have your cash dont really want to know) and they tried to say it was an intall problem and therefore mine, its a plug and play I state, so after a bit of argy-bargie they agreed to order me a new one. shit service at the PS store, shame its our only option. no offence to those who work there, its just we pay heaps for our goodies and dont really get the service, I lived in the US and its way dif there, they really make you feel valued. well my experience anyway.

Mine LEDS are unreliable so I depend on the trip meter. Also my fuel cap jammed and I had a lot of strife getting it to pop up. Put some light machine oil on the mechanism and it's been fine since. Love the look though.

Such a shame a man, get this too, I bought my 2011 fatboy lo, paid around $32k for her, and about two weeks later I got a mail shot from them which was a massive promo saying, get the new fat boy lo for $27k thanks to the strong AU $ what the F..... .. and since I bought it each time I go in, they challange everything I ask about, like the acorn nuts under the mirrors were brown with rust in about a month, they said I needed to bring the bike in to be inspected and assessed for an warrenty claim. I lived in Port Lincoln at the time, I explained thats arond 1400ks to do that, which I got "well its policy" I just bought new ones in the end. spent over $30k and pipes at the same time and could not give me a $2 part. SHIT PLACE

I know a year or so ago the dealerships here recommended to customers not to buy the flush mount caps as they were faulty.I waited about 6 mths and was told the problem had been rectified so i bought some and have not had a problem. It may have been old stock you recieved
