I have recently put a S&S 124 in my bike and want to change to a spike air filter but when I removed the stock S&S one there were no breathers from the head do I need to put some in with the new filter or am I safe to just put the original bolts back in and leave it at

 most S&S engines have the early bottom breather out of the crankcase  in behind the oil pump area ,  non top head breathers are a 5/16 " unc bolt hole  .1's with top breathers are 1/2" unc threaded holes  best check 1st
