G'Day All. Another newbie. From Prahran area, Melbourne. Wheeled in my first Harley December 1st 2011. Street Bob 2007, S&S slip ons, stage 1 but otherwise (at the moment) stock looking. Did the last 10 years on a 73 Norton Commando. Dig the new bike big time. Still can't get past the push button start.

Welcome to the fun & frivolity of the Forum. See...Who sed Harleys are old technology...they even have elect starts. (Thank heavens for that, remember nearly being tossed over the bars starting an old Gold Flash I once owned.)

    Ride safe.

Cheers for the warm welcome. Will get a pic up of the bike (eventually). To those who asked, the Norton made way for the Street Bob. Another effect of riding the bob over the Norton is people no longer ask why I stink of petrol when I ride to work. Haven't broken a nail yet pushing that start button either. Life's grand
