hi all I have recently noticed a noise  from a slight rubbing feeling from my rear brakes.a little un nerving, upon inspection  there seems plenty of meat left on pads  , the disc has normal signs of wear  with no  real gouging so I tried to clean with  high pressure water between pad & disc in case something is caught but  noise is still apparent. I know pulling them off  for a thougher inspection would be the answer any thoughts or advice before I do this as I put the pads in bout 6000klm ago & its a lot harder on my Dyna than my mates softy cheers  Gidgi

make sure the anti rattle clip has not moved , i would flush the brake fluid through & bleed ,  as it should be done every 9mths anyway , clean & check the disc  put a straight  steel ruler edge wise on the disc & look for any daylight , + rub disc with about 400-600 sand paper  dry too clean  , don't use the back brake much use the front's manily as the main stoppers  the rear has a hard time with heat build-up
