the rubber mounted guards came out in about 1996 the hole's  are bigger to take the groments  but are the same bolt pattern & will fit up  the early 1's can split  around the hole's if your not carfull

I've got an LED one from an 07 custom you can have zyban, I acquired it and don't need it......let me know and I will stick it in the post for ya
