Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the mirror glass on the tapered type mirrors can be exchanged easily.

I've got two mirrors, one with an unblemished glass and other with a crack though the middle. I'd like to swap them. The mirror with the good glass has a stuffed thread on the part that attaches otherwise I'd just swap 'em over
