Hi all...Does anyone know if you can fit a heavier spring into the rear shocks on the soft tails[fatboy low]?
I cant see why a spring couldnt be hanged over to a heavier one.What concerns me is the avaliability of a spring.

Hi all...Steamer,Ive been sussing out the progressives among others.
As soon as i double on my fatboylow,my bike bottoms out everywhere.
Do you think the progressives will sort out the bottoming out problem?
Are they a much better shock than the stock ones?
Do they come with different spring weights?
Ive got to ring Ikon again tomorrow,The tech was out for the day.But the lady i spoke to mentioned they can get a spring custom made,They also revalve the damper.Sometimes modified shocks can be better than aftermarket shocks.Ive got so much to consider.
