An article in  the new Heavy Duty Magazine has stated that the parts ban has been lifted at least until the end of febuary, due to ST Pauls harley Davidson taking HD to court for lost revenue.

The Judge hearing the case has removed the ban while  attorneys for each party try to find a resolution.

Two months to contact M and M Cycles or your prefferd supplier and go hard Guys......

I can only hope this doesn't mean that Harley will begin charging even more to cover what they will lose paying out the affected dealerships.

But all in all dumping that bullshit ban would be ideal.

The MoCo has lost its last remaining shred of credibility with this action. The foundation on what the whole brand was built on has been sold down the river for profit at all cost. Poorly prouduced motorcycles, shit service, poor warranty response et al. I for one will never buy a new HD, I refuse to contribute to the scum that HD have become. I will stick with my Shovels and Pans from here on in.

I buy local even if i pay more and I would think anyone in Australia that runs a company or is a tradie hope their local people do the same.
not looking at starting a fight on this just stating what I think.

Don't get too excited. This is the reply when I enquired.

no sir, the ban reflects ST PAUL only as it is not a class action suit. St Paul has been granted an injunction, but beware! i have heard from a few of my customers that ST Paul is having issues getting parts from harley (harley does not like to be stepped on!)

How fucking low can H-D get?

Cunts get a roadblock in their parts nazi regime, and now they are cutting off the supply lines to St Pauls.

Wars just begun seems right on the money. With business ethics like that in todays world....... fucking cut-thoats.

I for one hope the david and goliath battle rings true, and that H-D are told where to shove their isolationist policies.
