Got a puller coming tomorrow but any other tips to removing the clutch pulley? I have the front pulley off and have taken the clutch pack out, tapped and prodded and levered but not budging yet!

Leave it alone and have a beer or 2 until the puller comes, you`ll end up busting something or knocking a big chunk off your inner primary prising pulling and belting. If you rush it, you`ll f*ck it.

Where there is a will there is a way (or a relative) found a piece of 10mm steel bar the holes lined up with 2 of the bolt holes on the clutch basket, placed a socket on the end of the gearbox output shaft, little bit of pressure on the bolts and a light tap and she is off!

Now how to drill the hole on the starter mounting plate bigger to bolt up the new starter.
