has anyone fitted taller risers on an 09 fatbob if so did they help the reach and handling for a shortass. Also what size did you get and where from?

how tall are you Phill and did you find much of a difference with this mod

I've got the 6" pullback risers on mine, I'm only 5'10" & I've found to be a better riding position. 

fitted 6 inch pullback risers today made a big difference for me as i am only 5 foot 8

i put hd 6 inch hd   curved risers u dont change any cables at all or wireing i also put a reduced reach seat from hd fits straight on these 2 changes get u lower & further forward its 2 easy jus order from harley  shop seat  $ 315 risers $ 260 but u havent got 2 go searchin all over the place for after market shit thats no cheaper an probably wont fit the harley catalouge covers anything u could think of about changein your bike download the catalouge 2 your pc an check it out

Just be aware 2011 and later Fat Bobs have a shorter clutch cable installed stock. You can;t get the same play out of them as earlier models. I believe you can only go up about an inch with the 2011-12 risers without a cable change.

Sorry but that's not entirely true roadrunner, it's best to check the build date on your VIN sticker, 2011 models with a late 2010 build date still had the slightly longer cable. As was the case with my bike I managed to get 2inch extensions on with no issues!!

Ah but they aren;t a true 2011 are they born in 2010 lol
