So I just thought I would jump on give Rollies a plug.

I am in the market for a new set of trees, and have settled on the HHI 4 Degree rake.  I emailed Rollies and even though they are shut for the xmas break, I got a reply form Peter who told me he would pass my email on to Rollie.  About 20 minutes ago (8.30-pm) I get an email from Rollie with the price - which is good by the way - and have ordered my trees!

THAT - is service!!  MAD!!

That's encouraging feedback. I've tried contacting several of my Contractors since Christmas Eve and most have gone to message bank days ago. They know my number and they know full well it'll be for work required. It might be Christmas but the World hasn't stopped!

 

Yep! I was surprised to get the email - but am happy to send him my coin. That's what will keep companies in business is standing out from the crowd, and good service!

yup that pisses me off too even though i work on bikes i still need to source parts ect alot i get from the states but sometimes you need em pronto an no one answers the phone .thats why i got the sayin on my cards

 Used to deal with Rollies a bit when I had my '85 WG. Mainly dealt with Dean via phone and he always new his shit when it came to the older stuff!..............Try askin for parts for an old Evo from your local stealer!.........most of em would'nt know what an evo was!!!!
