Hi guys, need to know how I can disconnect the oil lines from the ol tank & engine or do I need the HD tool for the job.

Kiwi, you don't really need the tool. Just pull the covers away from the tank and remove the lines. Be aware that part of the system will stay inside the tank so when you go to put them back in sometimes the O rings come off and ddrop into the tank. Never happened to me. But if you are worries drop into a auto AC store they have the same clip to remove the lines from the tank. As far as the bottom fittings go they are similar but larger tool required. I have had my lines off before without the tool so it is doable. Just gotta be a bit careful when putting them back

Was a bit lazy last night, should have done a bit more searching. Found the AC fittings tool that you speak of AJ on the Sears web site.

Thanks Beer Bandito, looked @ ordering from Sears but costs + freight from US ended up nearly 5 times the price of tool set. Just checked with Supercheap on-line over here in NZ, & it looks like they have them in stock.
