  Sure have, infact I just did it, and it says I dont need an update... (Clearly I fkn do!) - So I think we've hit this on the head. - Has to be the software.
  
  Now the issue is, why isn't mine updating?!
  
  Never ending story....

  Neither am I. - Ive turned off everything, anti virus, firewall protection, everything & still says no need for an update...

  Yep, thats 2011... 11 is 2011.
  
  Mine is 32111-10 (2010) - You get the picture...
  
  I tried to restart the laptop in safe mode with net working & still no updates, so I'm assuming that software needs to be purchased for each new year?
  
  Can anyone tell me for sure?

  Ive had the software for a while - It's a cary over from my previous bike.
  
  She's cool, now that we've norrowed it down, I';; invest in some new software, that shoulf sort the VCI issue out & I can have a play around with whatever base tunes are included in the new software.
