Can anybody tell me if I can import a harley from the states  (for parts only )and if so how do i go about it , there are a lot of cheap harleys in the states and I need an engine gearbox and primary for my bobber and i reackon it would be cheaper to do it this  way  . Any help on this would be great Cheers

Mate, the reply from Obiwan (the link) will start you off. There's numerous 'importing' threads on here. Just type 'import' or 'importing' or similar into the 'search' function and it'll be 2012 by the time you finish reading.

I imported last year - use a reliable Aussie based Importer as it's all easily do-able. Forum member 'Chopaweezer' (Importer) gets high ratings from many on here.

Hi thanks for all the help to every one who has posted on this, I have learnt a lot and can now make a better informed decision.  Seems i also pissed a few people off  as well with this thread, but if you don't ask you might as well stick your own head up your ass and throw your hard earned coin in the air   Cheers have a great christmas break whats left of it!!
