Howdy I also have some Milwaukee drills, after looking to replace my Bosch drill that shat itself. I went to Bunnings with  the intention of buying Makita but quickly decided against it in view of crappy customer service from a mega store.  I drove down to Gasweld and chatted to a fella that had no desire to push one particular brand.  We got talking about this brand and next thing I know I'm converted.  I've used the drill to set 12mm holes in redgum sleepers 300mm thick.  It didn't hesitate and chugged away happily.  Basically the sales guy told me Milwaukee are trying to get market share over Dewalt, the Milwaukee drill has a 4 pole electric motor, not 2 pole like the others and if there's  problem they'll swap the drill new for old, whereas other manufacurers will replace/refurbish...how can you argue with that for service.  The only other option was to go for Hilti but at $2000 I didn't think so....

In all, the charger, drill and other bits are gold, go for it!!!!

    Cheers

    Eddie.
