    Hi guys,

I am hoping that someone may have some knowledge of my immediate TTS problem. I have commenced installing the programe onto my laptop but when the "updater application" has commenced and completed the first update download, I have recieved the error message

"Datamaster-HD-setup-183-exe has failed the file verifiction. Expected checksum: "2ae616cb979601fc91668595d6b1bc". Computed checksum "c6cb022clc568bdf998cefee5feef80bff1".  This may indicate a corrupt file, pse try re-down loading."

I have attempted the "re-down loading on several occasions with the result the same message flagged.

Can anyone shed some light on this or offer advice on what steps I should take to erradicte this problem.

    regards,  Paul.

I would uninstall Datamaster if you got it to install. The make sure that you try installing from the disc with your antivirus turned off. Some of those will really screw around when installing software,. What version of windows are you trying to install on?

    Hi Steve,
Many thanks for a reply, I have installed this from a disc I purchased from "Robs Cycle Supply" onto a MS XP OS that I have installed onto a Toshiba Satelite L300 laptop. The only antivirus I have installed is what is supplied with this XP, I do not have a 3rd party type installed. I shall uninstall with this antivirus turned off, reinstall Datamaster then initiate the updater program and see how we go.
    Cheers Paul.
