Had my bike a couple of weeks now, the Burly Slammer Kit finally turned up yesterday so I indeed slammed it.. Rear end was a piece of piss but had a lil trouble with getting the fork caps back on, required a 34mm socket which I didn't have.. Rides a bit rigid as you would expect but I don't care, it looks sicko n I wouldn't of bought a Harley if I was worried about comfort.. I don't know why everyone don't slam their Nightsters, they look of their tits! Pictures don't do it justice!

I put some lower rise bars on her a week or so ago too.

Here are some pics, what you rekon?

Can anyone give me some advise on either modifying my stand or where I can buy a shortened stand from? She's standing a lil to close to vertical for my liking....?

JP Cycles used to sell em. You'd need to search under 'jiffy stand' on Ebay. 1" shorter will do the trick but I reckon after fitting my Burly shocks the 1" shorter stand leans the bike too far over, 1/2 to 3/4 inch would be perfect.

Give you a week before you pull off them Burly stickers. Bike looks nice.

Cheers Deadwood, found a jiffy stand on Ebay, 1" shorter tho, but I'm guna run it anyways..

Oh... was just giving her a wash with a Gurnie, doesn't matter if I wanted the stickers on or not, Gurnie made my mind up for me haha

Would the stand from an 883 low do the trick as the 883 low is lowered already from the factory.

Hey bud, yeah I made a completely new number plate mount and used an Alloy number plate surround I bought which has 5 or so LEDs up under the lip along the top (you can just sorta see it in the 2nd last pic).. It looks pretty good at night too with the LED tail lights..

thats pretty neat. small detail but makes a hell of a difference. way better than that stock plastic lip sticking out under the fender. do you remember the brand or where you got it from?

Looking good but the under slung mirrors are a bit dangerous but the look is good but not functional

Wildkatze, the brand of the plate surround was Radientz or something like that I can't fully remember and sjn25281 I absolute 100% agree with you, you can see so much better with the mirrors under slung! A lot better than the bar end mirrors I have now..
