Ive got a stretch tank in at the paint shop now, and new pipes, air cleaner and seat all in transit.........LET THE BLACK OUT BEGIN!!!!! Fucking pumped....been a long time coming..........

went for a nightster tank in black with silver pin stripe ,(thanks wazza)
its been sitting around for a couple of months so I gotta give it a wash out with some petrol (any tips welcome)

will hopefull have it by the end of next week .(wazza write fradgile all over it please )

also put put some bling (willy G stuff)on it so will have to do a few pics and post em up when its all done .will probably pose in my HD forum Tshirt

Im looking at the 3.2 gal tank from Debrix,12.5L. They say that they have them in stock and at 220.00 landed it might be the go. Shit its hard to find anything that looks like a peanut tank, is for EFI and can give you more range on a 48.

I will post it up in the morning, im just waiting on emails from to other places. I have got to many projects on the go at the moment. I have made up a bracket and got it chromed for a solo bag 80 bucks, I have also got a saddler making the solo bag for 150 bucks, much better quality,shape and price than the harley one. When I can work out how to post bloody photos on here I will put them up.

Hey evileye, the tank im looking at on the debrix site is part number, 38_0485_VT stock gas tank for 2007_ up harley XL sportster 3.2 gal. They tell me it bolts straight on. An extra 4.5L on a 48 would be great. I will let you know when it gets here. In the mean time I will keep working on the solo bag project.

the only fit up issue (not a biggy) is the breather tube is a bit long ,might pick one up at HD if sold separate and not 7 million dollars

i'm keen on a 3.2 for my 07 custom, like the fuel range of the big tank, but not the look. Might get one from debrix too, if no one has a spare kicking round....hint.

i have a 94 sporty and ened up putting a 4.2 gal tank with my speedo and ignition on the tank dash

 also a mustang seat nice choice.
