Ive seen our ol mate Chromer recommend Bowdens Own cleaning products at least once on this forum, and considering his bike is always at its sparkling best, even after 3 days of hard riding, i thought i'd give it a try, especially after looking at their website .... my old custom softail has panhead fork sliders, which i could never get as shiney as i would have liked them, they always looked dull compared to the rest of the bike, so i bought some Bowdens Own metal polish, rubbed it in for no more than 1 minute, wiped it off with a clean cloth, those old alloy sliders came up like chrome, in fact when i stood back and looked i couldnt see any difference between the chrome legs and the alloy sliders, wish i had got some before and after pic's ...... thanks for the tip Chromer .... no doubt about it, i'll be investing in more Bowdens Own pruducts.
