Pretty cool invention, not if it would be ok on a normal motorcycle, but for a scooter is perfect.

Wow that thing is amazing...... You can recieve mail, take a dump, take your old lady for a ride, all while remaining perfectly dry. The only thing it doesn't do is look even remotely cool, but I guess thats not an issue if you're riding a scooter. Would love to see how that thing handles in a strong cross wind.
