anyone seen the gig "live at golders green' London circa 1977 ?
it features our boys doing a live gig in front of what looks like a group of conservative uni students,
with one "wild Child" who is dressed up as Angus, the sound is truly amazing, and the footage is way better than some of the
Brian Johnson concert footage of years later.(you know the blurry red hues)
The tones Angus gets out of those old Marshall tube heads was nothing short of amazing, and Bonn belts them out like there's no tomorrow.

Grab a coldie .... story time ...... due to my influence my youngest bro, 10 years younger, took the whole ac/dc fan thing to another level, he lives and breathes ac/dc, as it turns out his best mate for the last 20 years or so is just the same, his name is shane, anyway's, shane went to Mark Evans book launch in sydney a cpl months ago were there was also a press conference interview thingy, shane recorded it all on his phone and posted it on youtube ..... a few days later he receives an email ( through youtube) from Mark stating he regret's a cpl of things said in the interview, saying he mentioned a few personal details about angus and malcolm and wanted to keep it as band stuff only and not personal stuff and asked shane to take it off youtube, edit the personal stuff out and put it back on youtube and also asked for his mobile number, shane gladly obliged, a few day's later Mark phoned him and thanked him, anyway, they arranged to meet for a few beer's etc and now shane has a new best mate lol, they do the weekend bbq thing and the regular drinks etc, shane sent my bro a personally signed book from mark and is always sending him mobile phone pic's of em havin a few drinks together, just to rub it in lol, mark always ask's, is it for paddy ?? .... yep !! .... LOL.
For those that dont know, Mark Evans was sacked back in the Bon Scott day's, after the sacking, he was driven to the airport by their driver, on the way he was saying to the driver, " do ya think i should go back and talk to em, maybe they'll give me the job back" ... the driver looks at him and say's "do you really want to live the rest of your life like that" ...... mark say's "take me to the airport"
P.S. Mark Evans was the early day's guitarist who looked a bit like Malcolm.
