Spring seat kit

     Gday boys,

    I want to put a spring solo on my 04 XL883. I have found a couple of seats I really like, wondering if anyone knows where I can get the base plate to mount it on in Oz? They are about $250 delivered from US. Hoping to do it cheaper locally. Also, I have a fat bob (duckbill) rear fender, this wouldnt effect the seating fit would it??

    Bunyip, if you're after the installation kit have a look at La Rossa Designs. They've just started doing the installation kits for Sportsters and they're only $200 bucks USD shipped!!

     Thanks boys,

    The la rossa is what I got, seat, kit and fender bib delivered to Canberra for $340US. Very happy with that. will post some pics once its on.

    Hey Bunyip, what size seat did you get for your Sportster... 13', 16" or 17" ?
