if you have hd tuner you can fix it

I could be wrong but when you load a map you have the option to rest adaptive fuel thats how the ecm works out your range if the guy didnt reset when he put in the 120r that would explain it,

 Mate had a surprise revert back to MPH on a 2011 CVO Softail Convertable not long after he took delivery.

As I remember, it's just a simple Menu function from the handle bar controls and select to switch from MPH to KPH as you choose.
