Hi Guys

 

hope someone can steer me in the right direction

 

I have a pair of slip ons and the dude before me took the baffles out

each baffle has 3 screws that attach to chrome end cap

Problem is i dont have screws

tried a couple of bolts and cant tell if its 3/16 or 5m

went to bunnings tried both and both go in two turns and stops

I think I'll thread it if I force it

does anyone know if Vance and hines are imperial or metric

I was thinking of rethreading

any advice most appreciated

Hey Fat Tony are they the same little screws that hold the ends on the stock V Rod mufflers???
I have some here I could measure for you ...

Just checked them out for you Tony, they are screws 10G x 1/2"...
You will find them in packets for about $4.00 at Supercheap ask
the sales people where there stainless screw rack is ...
