Hi Just felt the need to congratulate these USA businesses for their service and pricing. One of the items I ordered was not in stock and the supplier created a delay. 2 days after placing the order I had a mobile message (about 3.00am) to advise me of the delay and that all items should be at their premises by the 15th of November (about 2 weeks after I placed the order) On the 15th I received an email to say all items shipped. Arrived at my door on 21st Nov. How good is that and it was just the standard postage not express.
So now to fit the Mustang solo and few other goodies and test it out this weekend.
I purchased from them early this year and two weeks after the item arrived the courier sent a invoice for $47 , quarantine processing fee.
Yeah man, that's dodgy. I purchased stuff from them normal post and it was here in no time. No dodgy customs fees or anything.
Sounds a bit weird to me.

If you have any questions, they have that "Live Chat" option between certain hours (Realhog that is) and you can chat to them online and ask them questions about the product you are interested in. I found this very helpful when mulling over whether to buy an item or not.
I would certainly buy from them again if they had something I wanted.
