Another weekend gone a we are just a little closer to the finsh.

The Front Wheel and Disc is on , Because I was fitting a late model wheel I had to get the Disc Centre machined out and I also had to get a Spacer Made up , The Hub on the 95  is 4"  wide and has  a 2" Flange where the Disc Rotor Bolts into and the Late Wheel is 4-1/2" and 2-1/2" Flange  ,  I  took the Disc and Axle to DH Engineering in Sunshine just around the corner from work , Steve and Dragon are a couple  Harley guys and knew just what to do ,

The Wheel on and the Brake Calaper fits like a Glove.  Great job DH

Norm came over today and helped fit up thr Forword Controls and I fitted the New Pipes ,  I also droped of the Tins to my a good freind, Neg at Soda Works in Geelong , Neg will have them Striped back to bare metal in no time , They should be in the Panel Shop for painting later this week.

Just the Speedo and a little bit of wiring and a lot of Polishing  to go

Neg bought back all the Tins today after Blasting them , The Panel shop that I had teed up to paint them has pulled the pin , He said that he just has to much work on and that he wouldn't have them ready for about  5 weeks ,  So I off to Dandenong tomorrow to try some one else ,

I couldn't help my self I had to sit the parts back on and have a look,

Know how you feel. Am still waiting on my tins, getting some graphics on them and been at the guy's for 2 months now. The 12 litre tank sucks as only get 170k's per tank with it after the engine rebuild. Can't wait to get the 18 litre back on it so I should get 250 per tank instead. Your bike is looking great. Keep the pics coming.

Great job Walka, bike looks fantastic, can't beleive the short timeframe for getting it all done too. The colours absolutely rock and I'd imagine it's hell loud with the troublemakers on there as well.

    Thanks again guys,
Norm and I rode down to Lorne yesterday for a bit of a test ride,, all when well ,, made there and back without a problem ,
The bike looks great riding beside it , looking back at it though my mirror and bike looks like a Chopper coming down the road because of the Headlight and the Narrow bars. To be honest it makes my Black Bike look stock when they are together.
Ran like clock work,,, I rode it back from Torquay and it sits on the road nice and smooth.
It's on the back of my Ute ready to be droped of a Ricks for the re-jet and service tommorow ,

Sorry Skull for not getting back sooner , The Bars are 27" Drag Bars just turned down to be diffrent,

Thanks Bucket ,, The next one will be a Hard Tail maybe an Iron Head , I will just wait and see what comes up , Ive got to have so fun with this one first ,, But it will be for sale soon, maybe just after December

What a great lookin' sporty mate, unusual and extremely tastefully done. I been toying with the idea of re-mounting the custom headlight in a similar way but have hesitated thinking that the exposed neck wouldn't look too good, but you've thrown that lil' theory outta the window... Hats off to ya, I love it... Cheers - Sump...

Well Norm and I headed over to Ricks today and pick the bike after Rick Serviced it and when over every thing to make sure that our workmanship was up to standard and that we put the bike back together right,,.,,,,, And all is good , Rick only had to tidy up some of the wiring and he also mounted the Horn under the Swing Arm, Which Im very greatful for. So now I can say the Bike is Done.

This Norm riding it back home today with a big smile on his face

We spend the rest of the day cleaning both bikes, up ready to the Hazelwood Bike Show tommorrow
