Anyone been on the geelong toy run ? Worth going for a ride ? What are the cops like in regard to 'slightly less than street legal' bikes ?

I do the geelong run every year, it's a much better ride than the Melbourne ones- which are finishing at Calder this year.... That's exciting.....not!!
Always a great day, meeting in the main drag near Geelong HD, then thru town, and down through drysdale, port Arlington, indented heads ( so following the beach) and ending up in queenscliffe.
Highly recommended and I've never seen any hassles with the boys in blue.
Suppose riding home might be different, but I've never seen any problems.

Yep I go every year, no probs with the cops, good ride and raise money for a good cause.All people from Hd forums should meet some where aye.Finish up at the Hothem pub for drinkies see ya there.

 Unfortunately, for me, the weather has won. Too much rain between Wodonga and Melb for me to take the bike down.
