Recently bought a Repco bike lift and was wondering if there are any issues with with the lift potentially damaging the rear suspension on my Fatboy? I have seen photos of softtails on the lift.  How have others found softails on the lift and rear suspension?

 

 

I use mine on my heritage no problems. Although the shocks do sit slightly lower than the frame I sit the lift on the front mount for the shocks, the bike sits relatively stable on the lift. I have got mine up high enough to take of the rear wheel with no major issues. Bit of a heart flutter when removing the wheel as well. But so far no issues. Buy yourself a couple of ratchet tie downs to strap it down to the lift from the bars.
