Sorry lifters. Just not thinking right.  I installed the new wood powlers directional roller lifters  and  springs I needed stronger ones as the cams have a lift of 678 and the SE springs can only handle to 660. Didn't want to risk it just over the extra lift I put in BW-68G-7 These are really lumpy cams

I found a guy that's  job is dyno tuning bikes only. He does a lot of race bikes been doing HD for the last year. So he was working with the unknown, but if you are not happy with the tune will retune until you are.

I gave up on shop dyno's as they dont push the motor they just tune to the base tune. This guy got 130hp from a std 120r in a street glide.  The Harley shop guys best dyno was 120hp

I have herd of this happening before but not very offen. Looking at the broken price you can see there is a old crack in there so it was a problem just waiting to happen.

gaza if it made the 145 with NO nos then it should easily make your goals when you hit the button.
Adding enough fuel at the same time to keep it alive will be key
A tuner with lots of NOS experience would be very useful

An upgrade you may want to do while your cases are apart, is the right side main bearing retention screws, which were fitted to the SE cases & latter Twin Cams. Check out this link for more info. - Rob

At last I can say the bike is a done deal. Had a bad case of murphy's law hitting us I get the dyno chart later just didnt have a usb flash drive. I was told if I increase the revs from 6200 to 7000 I can get an extra 10hp. I happy with that here's the full specs on the motor 120R with Hurricane heads (these got a tickle up with stronger springs and a better polish, 12.5 high comp pistons, V&H stainless Hi-Output 2 into 1, 60mm throttle body, with Wood TW68G gear drive cams These had a higher lift of 278 and the HD springs were spec to less (267). I'm running a Power Command V and NOS which I put in the biggest jet that say will give me a 30% power increase. The motors pumping at 150 HP and 150 TQ. As big as these cams are they are still sound less lumpier to the SE RX267. It sounds like an uncontrollable monster but far from it. It's smooth with instant power. Tomorrow is a public holiday here in NZ. I'm going to check all my laser jammers and take her out and see what I have. I'm also looking to give her squirt with the NOS if the roads clear enough. If someone can tell me how to upload a vid I will.
