just 4 days ago while the motor was still in half we were asking. Should they stay or should they go. We were trying to work ou how much vibration was goung to happen. We decided to play the safe card and keep them in. I have added NOS, put in the biggest injectors you can get an the XP 667 cams. So I still have a bike that would happaly kill me. In a few years I'll look at those Hurracane heads, just all the other parts needed brings this price up to silly land

Well I'm happy to say "the bike is on the road". Running in the 120. So only a couple of things need to be done. I'm putting on a Roland Sands Velocity Stack and have the SERT Dyno tuned How do I load a pic??

I'm using the SE high flow 58mm thottle body cable operated and I will have to mill out the stack to fit. It's a risk I'm taking. I talked to the guys at RSD and all they said was mill at your risk. It's hard to found any breathers that fit the 58mm

Gaza let me know how you go with that machining?
I have the 58mm TB aswell and there ain't to many air cleaner options around

if it works what you doing with the heavy breather?????

    No problems.

I hope it will work because I saw a S&S tear drop breather milled out to fit a 120 with a 58mm touring throttle body. I was also looking at the RSD Clarity Air Cleaner. Milling it out and changing their air filter for my larger a SE filter I have. I wanted the larger air filter on it's 10mm wider

I have the rest of the Clarity line installed on my bike, Cam and Derby cover

I'll sell it to buy more shit,  lol

I have two different types SE breathers * part # 29515-08 and 29299-08

Yeah I have that one too, but no rain sock. Std sock didn't fit.  If I can get that RSD on I'll give you a call.

What sort of HP are you pulling??

    I got 122hp/121torque

I am waiting on some dome pistons from GMR to up the compression to 11:1 and have the tman 662-2 cam in the post if the SE 266 doesn't wake up enough with the extra compression

What lifters you useing, plenty of bad reports on the SE lifters so I have the B lifters in at the moment and S&S lifters with travel limiters ready to install when istons get here

So you are not that happy with the way your motors set up the moment or you just getting more bang out of it.

What sort of throttle body do you have. Cable or FBW. I have a set of high flow injectors that dont fit a cable body part number 27796-08 These give you 23% more fuel the std.

Didn't know you could get other brands that fit that bore and stroke configuration. That opens a whole new ball game. I was worried as I has 10thou oversize, which are the largest and when I wear then out i would have to get new barrels.

The SE 266 is a good cam but don't expect a lot of low down power. I had better pull when I had my stage 3 SE 103 which run 259e's. If you put those cams in you'll have way too much power in the lower range. I put in the RX267 could have stayed with the 266 but figured "Fuck it, why not"

I've not heard any shit about the SE lifters. I was told to install them as there are problem now with any upgrade thats not had better lifters installed. I have seen lifters that have collapsed on a stage 4 103.

122hp That good, I had 116hp in my 113. My target is 130hp or as close as I can get it. This part of the build is down to the guy that will tunes it. There been a lot of problems with that part.

Very interesting read, You look hard enough and you will find someone that has had/has a problem with a part. Was talking today about those lifters and the question I got was why do they need those rollers a car does not have them. We can only make them as bullet proof as the streel they are made from.

    Good luck with your bike

Dyno's done. Didn't get the big numbers I was after but I was aiming high. I'll post read out when I get it. Their printer was out of ink. I got 121hp with 150hp when I hit the nos

SERT. I had so many people give me their 2cents on tuners. I can't afford to change out my tuner it would be nice if there were more 120r soft ails so we could compare motors etc.. What your set up.??

     Hi,

I'm interested in what you are doing as I'm not that happy with my HP. You have a TTS tuner and I have a SERT and there still not much diff in our HP. My bike is a street bike not a race only, so there's a few things I will not add, such as the 12.i pistons I'm open to removing my counter- blance but I dont know what the result will be to the bike in shaking?. If I had a few thousand spare I'll pick up a S&S 124 with B2 heads. Theres a Road king here that has that set up did mid 9 at the drags, this was 4 years ago.

Dan you going the full hog. I'm now looking at changing my cams to S&S 675 gear drive. They seem to be less agessive cam then the SE 267 but the gear drive wil give me some more HP. The amount is unkown.  I looking at doing a new build with say a S&S 124 with B2 heads somewhere on those lines. I'm just dreaming at the moment

I think you just need to look at upping the compression with the SE267 cams it likes 12:1 comp the stock piston and head set up in the 120r is only 10.5:1
