Going to put the springer ive had in the shed for 2 years on the bike(as per my intro in the newbie forum),here is my idea of photoshop as i have no idea how to do it to see what it will look like i call it cable tie shop.Before & after pics.See what you think?Not sure if it will sit any higher i will be lowering the front anyway to level it out a bit.

Bit about the bike,heads ported & polished,andrews cam,mikuni carb,screaming eagle ignition,vance & hines pipes,pm brakes front & back,lowering kit, braid, chrome and other stuff as per the pics.Sorry about the size photobucket drives me nucking futs.

I will need to purchase caliper bracker for my pm caliper,swap my dics over remove speedo drive and replace with spacer, indicator relocation kit for the springer,lowering kit ,new bearings e.tc e.tc, id did have 16" apes on it so i will put them back on also to see how it looks,i will cable tie shop them first lol.Also maybe a couple of 80 spoke wheels although i like the polished disc.

Anyway back to the shed for a while will post more pics as i go if your interested, thanks for looking.

If you dont go with the springer 99HD let me know ive been looking for a stock one for a while ....

springer handle better then the telescopics man i loved my ol 95 one not sure bout the 80 spokes ya ever cleaned the fuckas lol ask others who have em before ya jump in most i know regret gettin em and said they rather get mags ect springers look cool an work well check the main rods an bushes in the middle of the springers standard harley used to wear bushes regular hey ..lokks good nice ol gal too 'cheers

Because genuine ones are hard to get used Macka, as for buying new genuine fucken forget it ....
And the aftermarket models though cheap just dont have the same appeal...
