From reading your last post id say that its not infact the factory paint?????

Poor paint adhesion can be caused by numerous things such as not etch priming the bare steel before priming or poor preparation during the stages of applying the paint. You see alot of cars getting around with flakey clear which can also be caused by leaving it to long before applying the clear over the base coat,or combining two paks and acrylic paints ie two pak clear over acrylic base coat or vice versa.

Ive seen BIG dollar paint jobs peel of cars as you have described yours doing as the bare steel wasnt cleaned or etch primed before the primer and top coat was applied.

I've been using Petes Killa Paints (check examples on his facebook page, as i'm currently sitting in adia and cany upload images from my phone).

He does fantastic custom work at a reasonable price, but if your after factory look, he will airbrush logos rather than applying decals.

I've been stoked with the work hes done for me, he's out at Truro but he comes to town to pick up and deliver my tins.

If you want his number send me a message and I'll forward it on.
