I'm not sure if this is new, or just new to me, but a mate just showed me an RTA website with motorcycle helmets rated for safety similar to the ancap star system for cars.

Its a little worrying...............................some of those helmets score quite poorly. I have a KBC full face and an RJay's open face, my KBC isnt listed but the Rjay's review basically suggest the helmet is fucked! Not good @ all!!

Open face helmets probably wont rate very well most of the time. Also you get what you pay for in the long run.
