How's y going, im nigel , aged 36 from penrith. I've enjoyed reading your threads, great site you guys have, so i thought i'd join. My mates have HD's , sometimes i hire a harly and go with them,as i could'nt afford one at the time. It's unreal sitting at the traffic lights with 1/2 dozen harly's idiling away, i'm sure the people in the car say here we go another lot of try hards, but i say 'fuck em'.

I currently ride a jap sports tour bike .I find i have the best of both worlds because i can ride my jap bike to work , go scratching on the weekends , and when we get a chance go cruising with the boys on a hire harly for a couple of hundred bucks at a time. And the harly's i've hired have been good , even some excellent customs. The only problem is we have to stop at pub's that have tables right near the carpark because i'm not prepared to have some cunt steal it. And i dont like thrashing it around corners incase i drop it, and handing it back is hard , but still great fun.

My licence is running out of points , two points left , mostly speeding demerit points loss, so i'm thinking about slowing down and buying a new V -rod. As soon as the dealers offer an attractive interest rate on a v-rod i'm in. I have'nt ridden one yet but from what i can gather the V rod is best handling harly except for the harly buell. + It looks cool imo. And i like the way it sits.

My favourite jap ride is putty road , windsor to bulga and back. On the harly's liverpool to nasho via bald hill and then headlands pub, up bulli , through the oaks ,then home.

Next time you guys are up for a ride in sydney give me a ring , ( i ride in rain ,hail ,snow or sun , as long as there's bitumen i'm there) and we'll go for a cruise to the pub or strip club and have a few beers, or watch a few pole dances , talk bullshit and ride home, or whatever . Nice meeting you all.

Welcome Nige, I used to live in Penrith and work out at the Army base at Orcord Hills. All the best with keeping your licence mate, a Harley purchase would go a long way in helping you keep those two remaining points.

Welcome Nigel, mate there is a run on tomorrow, meeting at the loop ? down at Botany bay if ya interested. Good to see more Sydney guy's comming on board.
BTW getting a V-ROD will be the coolest way to loose those last two points. But make it a black one, coz black bikes rule.

Welcome to the forum Nigel.... know the area well having spent time at the RAAF Base and in Werrington County...

Think that the V-Rod would likely take your last points... so will any other Harley for that matter

Cool toxic, i'm in , and as it turns out im chuckin a sickie on monday anyway beacuse the boss pisses me off , i'll try and line a fatty for the day otherwise i'll be on faithfull.

i gather thats 930 at the twin servo west bound blacktown , mcacs carpark, yer ?
