Here is my cheap fix on my last Fatbob.........

Low beam consisted of RHS headlight and park light in LHS lens.

What I did was swap the positive wires on LHS headlight.........cut the + wires to the HighBeam globe and the parker globe and swap them over. Solder and heatshrink.

This gave you both headlights on.............when switch is on LowBeam. Now because LHS (original HB)lens is aimed higher and to the right, youre gonna upset some fuckers with the bright lights, so adjust the vertical position of your headlights. ie- tilt em down a touch.

This works ok........never had any of my riding mates complain of TOO BRIGHT headlights in their mirrors!.............but if you ride at night a bit then it is not the optimum solution.

New Fatbob arriving soon............decided to keep em standard. Considered US spec headlights, but $400 nowadays........fuck that........considering I can't see em anyway!

Gonna leave em standard!........decided it ain't that important what they look like to others as much as I used to!!!!!

    Burto.
