I was riding the bike last night every thing going well then speedo stopped working and low fuel lite and battery lite came on kept on it it was running same as and headlight sttill bright got to destination turned off ignition then everything back to normal speedo worked on ride home  WTF suold I take it to dealer or just phone them ?

if you are running the thundermax this is a common fault it happened to me a twice when i was running the t/max i sorted it the same way.

+1 for the T/Max, mine has done it 3 times, its only happened to me when riding hard/fast, fixed the same way.

Yep it does have thundermax fitted ,By heavy duty in brisvagas bike has done 3500 kms thundermax fitted at about 1500ks bike came new ex Harley demo  at 100 ks fitted with Vines HInes pipes always ran lean popped back. Did not like riding it so went thundermax Bike runs real good except for this Hiccup Whats next still has 1 year warrenty  Keep riding it see if it does it again ?

Don't think ya Robinson Carusoe there aus, mines done the same thing a couple of times but come good all by it's lonsome.

Mentioned it to the dealer last service, got it checked out butno definite result or reason,,,,have put it down to normal ECM gremlins.
