Is there anybody in the Brisbane area who can guide me through the maze of unplugging them little fuckers from the harness end then putting them back in.  I'm told it's not difficult , just slow and fiddly.  Happy to provide a slab or bottle of scotch for the effort....beagle

Make sure holes are big enough and without burs, very important.

then once you solder your extensions on, leave one wire really long. oh i stagger where i place the soldered sections, so when i tape em to the longer one they dont bunch up...but are spread along the length of it.

get that long peice of wire youve taped the other bits to, and feed it down the holes, it will be seen where it is to come out, use a bit of small stiff wire to hook it out and pull through. This gives you something to drad the rest of the bunch through with, you'll have to go slow and becareful not to let em snag, sometimes its a bit backward and a bit frwd jiggle to keep the bunch in order.....

pullem all through (remeber no burs) and Roberts ya mothers brother, shorten that lead wire and hookem up.

Good luck. (use the correct gauge wire for your extentions will help/ ive done it recently with what i had laying around, but it was a bit too big/so a pia).

http://www.wild1inc.com/  Beags go onto the Chubby site, left hand side 'wiring tech' and it guides you bud.  Also mate if you need to change the length you can buy different length harnesses at Rollies. Can be easier and cheaper than cutting and shutting and if you ever need to go back to original you have the harness.
