Yesterday was one of the best days to go riding for a long time. So, into the leather & off through Warragul, via Neerim, Noojee, Powell Town, Yarra Junction, onto Healesville for coffee. Brother, this is living. After enjoying the caffine, & only slightly terrorising the locals, returned to bike to find that some low life scum had scratched one side of the tank. Not gouged, just someone rubbing a handful of rings back & forward on the tank. Jumped on bike & proceeded down main drag, nearly cut in half by dumb shit cage driver that didn't see me. Fuck me..huge big prick on a bike with headlight blazing..thank heavens for emergency braking practice. Returned to Noojee for more caffine, then onto Warragul. Geez...on Bloomfield Rd, in Nilma Nth, a 4wd parked outsidde a farmhouse...normal in the area. Arsehole speed camera. It really was a pleasant ride except for a few minor details.

Yeah, speed cameras and chilled rides - I stick to the speed limit everywhere these days, especially if I'm in the mood for chilled riding with no threat of disturbance. It's funny how we get so much peace from riding, when it is done in such a conflict and anxiety prone context - the road.

Healsville and Marysville are the only two pubs I had to fight my way out of back in my old gig days .Both times the trouble started because people were having too much fun and a certain element of the locals didnt like it .Could see the jealousy on their face .

Mate o mine parked his RockerC outside a local pub a few months back, went inside for a beer, came outside for a smoke and some silly bitch was stttin on his bike and her boyfriend was takin a pic - fuck me! They were asked to get off and leave if you know what I mean..haa
