    Howdy,

I am a cylinder head porter from the states and i would like to share some of my more recent project results with you. I see no way of posting some dyno sheets so I invite you to go to my web site and look around. My primary focus is on building huge torque numbers and the hp will take care of itself.  I do not go over 100mph very often but i sure do like to get from 0 to 100 as fast as possible, on occasion. My heads provide great power, better throttle response, better fuel mileage, and just makes the bikes more fun to ride. If you have any questions feel free to ask.  thanks for looking   danvanceracing.com

I brought a stock HD 46mm in the states and had it sent to Dan to be bored and ported to 51mm. I fitted it a couple weeks back and it made a big difference to my bike. The power comes on strong with neck snapping performance from idle and pulls hard right through to limiter. I'm very happy with the work he done on the body. Ozroder's mate is running dsv heads a 103 motor and a SE 50mm body and his bike is putting out 115/115.

    Hi Hilly,
Actually I come to this site about once per week and poke around. Always something to learn by reading about what other folks are doing. I am willing to answer any questions that anybody would have or has. I am not much of a poster as i do not want to deal with people like .... well you know the type. It is a nice site and i will continue to visit. thanks dan vance

My bike is still pulled down after stripping it looking for a clacking noise. I'm waiting on a Cometic gasket kit from the states so I can put it back together. I'm undecided whether to run the 103 cast pistons with new rings and a cylinder hone or go for a set of forged CP 2618 , Wiseco 2618 or KB 4032 forged. How many miles would the CP or Wiseco 2618 forged pistons be good for.
