Rear Brake Drag on 2009 Softails

Does anyone else's rear brake drag on 2009 Softail's. Asked about it at dealers only to be told "They all do that"

My rear disk is too hot to touch after any riding as the pads are allways draging on the rear disk. Changed pads 5,000 km's ago & pads are nearly gone already!

Rear pads on previous owned Dyna's used to last 20,000 km's

Any one got a solution to this problem.

Problem was previously posted in March in the Softail section but no update since then.

Not a 09 model mate but my 98 had the same problem had to get a new piston kit. The teflon on the piston wich goes into the rubber boot wears out in time and finds it hard to retract back to its neutral position. In saying this i have done 97,000km/s on the old girl.
