Hey guys can anyone give any advice on the best place to buy a wrinkle black derby cover and chain inspection cover for an Iron on the net for a resonable price having a hard time finding one, maybe im just retarded?

Part numbers are on HD u.s site, I ordered mine throigh mark at M&M when you could. They are called clutch cover blcak and inspection cover black.
I paid 31 for the derby and 15 for the primary inspection cover-both in USD.

I dont know why Harley put stock polished siler ones on, looks gay. The first irons were blacked out 2009 I think. I am pretty sure they just wanna make more $ on bits-bastards.
This was my first 'mod', couldnt stand all black bike with dumb looking silver bits on it.

You will get a new gasket with the smaller primary chain cover, make sure you dont lose the small o-rings on the 2 screws too.

For the derby cover, nah not needed OMHO. As long as you grease it up with some oil/grease when you out it back on and torque the screws in a crosswise pattern, it will not leak. It will leak if torque settings are not quite right and if tightened up not crosswise cauing it to warp. The large O-ring wont wear out
